NW Washington | Seems to me that you could figure out how to make a simple hitch winch using a 12 vdc winch without too much trouble, or maybe have a local welding shop put one together that would pull the cart close enough to be able manually hitch it up. Automatic couplers would be much trickier. Or copy Anderson's.
