Ed, I can tell you how to get a quick response from a major company. JD failed to answer an email concerning the return of my money on an overpaid debt. They replied with normal customer service (?) bs and a link to email my question, which is where I emailed by original quetion from. Fired email back about worthless customer service and I would find someone in the ivory tower and have someone's head on a platter. This was Monday. Tuesday morning I get a phone call from JD. Guy explains he can mail me a check or credit my account. Then he proceeds to tell me he is in charge of handling threats and needs to ask me a few questions regarding intent. He probably wishes he didn't start that conversation, but I got results. By the way, look for me on the next America's Most Wanted. They are probably coming to get me. That's okay. I'm calling Snerdly to be my lawyer. |
