Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | The suggestion was to use a Raven console cable not the Raven Console itself. Since the EZ Boom was designed to work with the Raven console cable-things would be easier at that point.
The reversing valves can be controlled with a DPDT relay where the outputs are connected in the criss cross fashion. A relay like this sends +/- to the valve when it is supposed to be ON and -/+ when it is supposed to be Off. The input to this relay can be the more "normal" On when the valve is to be open and OFF when the valve is to be closed.
Each boom section would require this DPDT relay. It is probably easier to just replace the valves as suggested with another type such as Teejet or Banjo. These other valves actually have the reversing scheme built into the valve circuit board.
