1999 5.4l I have never done a thing to it, 200k on it now, 4x4 ext. cab. The mileage is my only complaint, I can get around 15mpg on the road but when I am using just short trips it will drop 2-3 mpg, if pulling much at all it will only get around 12 mpg.
Mileage 4.6 & 5.4 Ford Engines.
