mid Illinois | I have 2 St-251 series 3 steigers (years 1979, and 1980) which have the spicer 1010 manual tranny in them. If you don't pop them out of gear while still rolling, you cannot get either one of them out of gear at all. The range gear shift lever and 2 speed drop box shift levers are not able to shift out of gear either while stopped. Is there a fix to this or all steigers with this tranny like this?
