| It’s been lots of years since looked at Steiger, but I still have a 5/8 bolt , no threads welded to a stick of key stock, do you not remove tab on clutch and turn ring, I believe you have to have clutch down to turn ring, and adjust distance of 5/8 between brake and throw Out??
Been back in woods a long time could be wrong...
Third gear sounds like transmission, but could be detent, is there detent only for that fork. | |
