I've posted some stuff on here about my DD experiences and their 'false' NDVI images. Although ground truthing is certainly needed, a LOT can be derived from them. I flew a barley field for my father in law just before it started to ripen. He said their yield map mirrored the crop health image done with my RGB Phantom 3. It certainly has its uses!
