I am assuming that you are doing all this for seed production in order to sell as certified seed?

Interesting setup. What row spacing? How much will the fescue cover the row by harvest? Is this an annual operation. Here in OK, fescue is essentially a perrenial and most folks have a hard time getting rid of it once it is established.
