| My dad has a MF 1135 that has developed a nasty fuel problem. It will shut off all of a sudden with no warning. Just as if you have pulled out the fuel shut off. No missing, no coughing, no sputtering. From wide open to dead. He's tried new fuel filters with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with these tractors? This has the 6.354 Perkins engine, CAV injection pump. It also has a mechanical, camshaft operated lift pump feeding the injection pump, could this be the culprit? Sucking air every once in awhile. I'm a red man and mechanic, but not this color red. lol
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated
Thanks,
