wc mo | I have been watching the replys to this problem, and my neighbor has a 7120 and I have a 7140, both have been blowing hoses. I put in new female ends on the tractor. about 60 bucks apiece, and before I hook it up I release the pressure on tractor by installing an adaptor that goes from pioneer to old style JD. I put this in and then remove it and hook up pioneer male end. Some times I really have to hit the adapter plug hard to get it to go in, like with my boot if I can get my leg that high that day, but it seems to have helped my problem. The adapter leaves the system open so all presure is off, but it can get a little messy if you do not have a rag over the end of it when you do this. My 2 cents | |
