New Castle, PA | We have put up 3 sheds in the last several years , 48x120 , 68x120 and 68x104 all by the same contractor . The agreement was absolutely no sub contractors without my permission and he must be on site every day . The only sub he used was for overhead doors. All went well on all 3 projects. But I know exactly what you mean as several neighbors have put up buildings with some of the large almost nationwide pole building companies with mixed results . Different crew every day and no body speak USA . No supervision of any type ,they simply do whatever they want and it is supposed to be OK . Salesman MIA and will not return calls . Then when a problem comes up , the electricians blames the carpenters , the carpenters blame the plumbers , the plumbers blame the excavator , etc. etc. | |
