It's one of those live and learn things isn't it. The thing is this is a once in a lifetime project for me.  It looks like anything you do now you need to hire a lawyer and have them make a contract to protect you and holding a good portion of the money for the job until completed. I am pretty sure a good bit of profit was made just selling the building. One really needs to do their homework anymore and I new that but I didn't do as much as I should have.
