Not for me, I do care if others have/ride them. I will never have a horse on my place. Doing custom application for 25 years I grew to despise them.
Kind of similar boat here.
I watched my uncle lose his farm, my grandmothers paid for farm and my moms half paid for house chasing a riding stable dream that didn't work. My dad (who divorced my mom) has an extreme hatred for them mostly due to my uncle.
I've done well selling horse hay to training facilities. They pay well, their money is good, and they take a big enough quantity at time it's well worth it.
I do appreciate watching some draft horses work though, but would never own any.
Anyone else have a soft spot for horses?
