Half???? He's talking $2800/acre.
That's less than 25% of what land with that kind of yield potential was selling for here, in 2018. He's not near the genius he thinks he is, there just isn't much real competition for land where he is. But then again maybe were all crazy for staying up here where land is way over priced vs productivity/profitability.
