Central Indiana | If you get an adrenaline rush and you feel faint or woozy and cold when it happens it sounds like a panic attack. Might have a look around your adrenal gland as it could be doing some wacky stuff. I’m on medication for general anxiety which leads to panic attacks and your heart rate will slow just before it happens which leads to a drop in blood sugar which causes the nausea and feeling woozy. Had our part time help in his late 50s early 60s have one last fall in the grain cart. No signs of stress or anything but had to call 911 as he turned ghost white and couldn’t make any real sense of anything. Thought it was a stroke. Doctors tested him and said he was fine all his levels looked good. Told him he had a panic attack and he couldn’t believe it. Just came on suddenly. Happened one other time but he was able to talk himself out of it and it faded away. I’d look hard at the panic attack symptoms even if you don’t feel stressed or panicked or ask about adrenal gland testing if there’s such a thing. Keep us updated if you find the cause! | |
