| Going to the ER is a waste of their and your time. If nothing else is happening when you get there, they are going to stick you on a heart monitor for a couple hours and send you home, telling you to follow up with your family doctor.
You have to be your own best advocate and push the doctors to find a solution. They are more than happy to pass it off and do nothing. Stress test is good but also get a heart scan like they push at the health fairs. Quick CT scan to check for plaque build up in your heart arteries. Saved my life for $59.00.
My stress test was off the chart good but my heart scan was really bad. Stress test is not a good test for everyone.
