Pittsburg, Kansas | When I sprint I start out the first ten or fifteen steps slow to make sure my knees ankles and calf's are up to it. Another 10-15 speeding up, then about a city block at all out fast as I can go.
I noticed this morning I was much less winded than a week ago and breath recovery quicker.
That is the way I like exercise. Get in, get it done and get it over. Do 30 push-ups before and 8-10 pullups after. Plus the walk around the block after the run. Maybe 30 minutes for all of it.
Jogging or treadmill or something that takes an hour or two seems extremely boring. Never liked purposeful exercise. Seemed like a chore. Rather be doing something I enjoy that maybe gives me some exercise.
Been doing 9 or 10 scuba dives a week at 80-90 minutes each.
