What I do in those situations is to "fudge it".  For example, if you need 4 eggs for a 5-gallon batch, I would do one of the following:

a) make a 1 gallon batch, and use 1 egg - even though 1 egg should be for 1.25 gallon

b) make a 1.25 gallon batch, and then just use 1 gallon of the mixture.

Depending on what the volumes you are using, I would probably pick one item - most likely the eggs - and adjust the volume of the mixture around it, as it is hard to get a part of an egg.

Particularly with eggs, I think you can adjust your recipe a bit, to use whole eggs.  For example, if you need 1.5 eggs for 1 gallon mixture, I don't think it would be a problem if you used 2 eggs in that one gallon mixture.   I think you should get the idea of how I would do it.
