Wife liked the house. I ask her if she wanted it. She watched the video. Ultimately she decided not. Whew!!!!! Might have put a crimp in our travel plans.
As far as I know Phil is still alive. Have not talked to or seen him for several years. He owns property on two sides of our home place. One of them for sale.
Have bought a lot of stuff from him back in the day.
