Normally I would tend to agree with this but in this case the tractor belonged to his grandfather & he helped granddad get it running again. POS or not, that puts a special value to it ore than actual cash value. If at all possible have mom try to get it as part of her share of theestate & make arrangements to pay her back as time permits. f he lets it go he will always regret it. BTDT.
