I used to have to have lots of condiments and spices. Just the way I was raised I guess. Now that I have been trying to cut out all synthetic additives and chemicals from my diet, I have had to settle for nothing but salt and basic spices.
I now actually appreciate the natural flavor of foods. Especially beef.
