When I was undergoing medical tests I was on a strict diet that at first sounded bland but ended up with some foods tasting better,maybe because of lack of ketchup,mustard etc. Have we been programmed to add to food that is fine the way it was.
There was a post about what some call a MAID Rite,it was just ground hamburger with a hint of spices that had a fresh taste to it and was just as good as 2 all beef pattys special sauce pickles lettuce cheese onions on a sesame seed bun
I like good plain food not a lot of spices and sauces if the meat is decent it doesn’t need much usually a little salt to bring out the flavor and that’s it . Now I’ve got bad meat that you have to doctor up with every kind of thing you can imagine to kill the flavor . Give me a Hamburger with cheese a slice a ham bacon and a big onion slice no ketchup no mustard and no mayo or any other special sauce . |
