I use peppers and onion grilled right beside chicken, elk or goat meat, wrapped in a corn tortilla. Good wood smoke is all it needs, even the tortilla. If I use salt at all, it is a whiff of sea salt from a grinder after cooking. I like no salt Lowry pepper seasoning on vegetables and/or some crumbled bacon....James
