We normally get more rainfall than you but mid teens on CP isn't uncommon. Nothing in nothing out. Nitrogen and sulfur are required. Make as silage. It's an emergency feed here. I'm amazed you can get it dry. That would never happen here. The stems never dry out so I just plan on chopping or making baleage depending on acres. I prefer pearl millet over the S/S types.
