perryton, tx | It’s a different world out here; many times the problem is getting enough humidity to make a good bale. One year we had S/S windrows lying out there for 6 weeks and it was just too dry to bale. Finally we resorted to rigging up a water tender with a spray nozzle and went out about 10:00 at night, drove up and down the field spraying water on all the windrows, and then the baler was able to start around midnight and he ran all night and got it done. | |
