Wisconsin | He's not talking about cows. Like Travis says below, goats have to be around electric fence their whole life, or at least never been around weak electric fence. The animal has to be trained, and what he has now are goats trained to go through an electric fence. They have to be locked up inside cattle panels with electric wire inside that, until they won't even look at a tub of grain on the other side of the cattle panel, then put out in pasture after they've forgot how easy it was to go through the fence. Then sell , or confine anybody that gets loose. | |
