Not quite sure on your spelling to determine exactly what tests you really had. But Insulin Ab is measuring for antibodies to insulin. You would normally not want your body to have antibodies to insulin. I think the tests you were looking for were fasting insulin and a HgbA1C. Ask your doctor about it.
