The fasting insolin is what I asked for. Might have been a miscommunication but this showed up.

A1c test came in at 5.8

lowered my triglycerides 23%

raised my HDL 13%

mainly a carb diet for 21 days of 50-80 g and added cococut oil to my diet.

Oh! also dropped by statin about 80 days prior.


5.8 is pre diabetes unless your lab range says different.

HDL up and triglycerides down is very good. Much more important than LDL, in my non doctor, non medical advice opinion.
