I don't fully understand the a1c other than it is a long range look back to glucose. I requested the test after I was doing some self study and Mr Burns suggestion. Normally my glucose is high 90's. I have been addressing that issue just in the last month or so with a much lower carb diet. I get tested again the 21st of March.
