Subject: Beginner crop insurance

NE Indiana
This is my first year growing corn and my first year shopping for crop insurance. I met with my local crop insurance agent who comes very highly recommended. I have a good understanding of how it will work. I am mainly looking at the total coverage $ amount per acre. Would I be wrong to buy the cheaper insurance with the lesser coverage with me having lower input/operating cost per acre compared to most farmers?

I own the 25 acres I will be farming, and I own my equipment, so no rent payments or equipment loans. So in theory I can take advantage of the cheaper costing insurance that more than covers my expense costs for the year. And the cheaper insurance I am referencing is still 75% coverage. What do you guys think?
