No one does. It’s like the “streak” thing kids do. I’m not sure what platform it is on but it is a thing where every day kids take a pic and send it to each other. The “streak” is the number of days in a row they do it. I think it randomly pops up sometime each day and they only have a few minutes to take the pic or their streak ends and they start all over from zero.
So essentially they are tied to their phones and then take a pic of wherever they are at various times throughout the day. Many kids have streaks of over 1000. Over time though the kids submit pictures of their entire homes and patterns of their daily habits. It is one of those things that seem innocent but is incredibly intrusive and dangerous to an entire families privacy.
