Far SE IA got dumped on with a few inches plus this week. But yes, most of the state is quite dry and the next 7 days look very dry. (and colder)
The Miss River won't have a spring melt rise, there's nothing up north to melt. Not that impacts the county mentioned but just to show it's wider reaching than IA
