east central iowa | Thanks Ted for the explanation of a app rate module. We use same setup on a honey wagon. Incoommand1200 connected to raven 440. We though hooked up a whisker switch to raven so it only maps and counts acres when pto is turning. These tractors have a lever for pto engagement. The newer tractors are a tiny little electric switch that I've been told that you run a wire from one of the switch sides that gives power to a certain wire on the raven harness so that it minicks the same as turning the master off and on.
I like this setup best because as part of our records we need to record acres and gallons per load. To do this on agleader side we would have to start a new region for each load. Or manually calculate each load. This just takes to much time. I wish they had a reset able gallon and acre counter. We use the regions to record which pit is pumped and which one of 2 tanks is being used.
