Fontanelle, IA		+1. OP needs to give his rep some time to straighten this out/get back to him. 5-7 business days. Then OP needs to follow-up.

If no progress, then kick it up a level.

And, I’d be as cordial as I could to my local rep who is probably a neighbor or fellow community member. Beat on the higher levels above him/her.
