| cornguy88 - 3/23/2024 12:04 And as a seed dealer you'd at least text back in a situation like this to let the customer know you'll look into it for him. Right? I think that's this guy's complaint is that he hasn't heard back yet
How much time elapsed between trying to contact the seed dealer and jumping on Agtalk threatening to cancel the order if it doesn't get taken care of? Was there more than one attempt at contact? Was the attempt at contact during normal business hours?
Some people have ZERO patience. Their head would explode if they had to farm without a cell phone for a year and didn't have 24/7 access to the entire world.
Back in the old days you called a landline (from your landline) and if they didn't answer you left a message. If you were lucky you happened to be near the phone when they called you back, if not they'd leave you a message to call them back. Then you'd call and they wouldn't be in, so you'd leave a message...... This kind of phone tag could go on for days at a time. If you were in a hurry to talk to them, you got in your pickup and went to find them in person.
The OP just needs to have a little patience and talk to his seed dealer. If the explanation from the seed dealer/seed company isn't satisfactory, THEN go ahead and air the laundry on AT.
