5-7 busy days really? Should reply within 24hrs. I see too much of this in ag retail today.
I agree with you on rep getting back to OP right away to “acknowledge” the issue. But, it will take a few days to get things straightened out with OP’s account between all the customer service and account management people on the corporate side.
From the reps perspective, I’d really hope the OP was just a 1-off error and not a whole pay period /invoicing error…… |
