| My next door neighbor was a tunnel rat.
Great guy but he did tell some stories that would make the hair stand on end.
He has a silver star for Conspicuous Gallantry and the highest medal ever awarded to a foreign soldier by the Vietnam government. Couple years ago they had a July 4th concert in town and they asked all the vets to stand and mu Uncle read the awards he had and every Vet standing turned and saluted him for the silver star.
