s nd | I can't even imagine some of the stuff they went through over there. Nasty war. Crap for sentiment over here, I'm told. Watched a 1946 movie a couple weeks ago, "The best years of our life". Three wwII vets come home and try to adjust to regular life here. They were like brothers. Dish didn't record the ending, so have to find that sometime. The closeness of those fellow soldiers is stronger than anything they had at home here. Upmost respect for all vets should be the norm. | |
