Callao Missouri		Corn silage, wetcake, syrup in the diet? Or just hay, or are you a graze all year fellow?

Kinda sounds like they are starving to death.

My first calf heifers look tremendous, calves are real rip sorters too. Been getting a tmr of hay, silage, and syrup. Syrup makes them shine.
