You keep saying genetic thing, it damn well could be a problem on a health issue. How did you test to rule out a health issue? That's fine you have all keys to the puzzle, you just need to put them together. If you would have worded your initial question to say please help me list genetic defects to maybe test for. That would be question for breed associations.

Why waste your time, mark all animal you hate, haul to commission house dump them. At no time in history have a seen a hot market for culls, baby calves, cull bulls. Unload all suspects, bank the money. Then delvop a new set of cattle when markets crash. Will give you time to do research for the best breeding stock to fit your deal.

Just what I've read you posted I would be first looking at health, and environmental issues first. BUT YOU STATED it's a bull thing. If that's the case can all offspring out those bulls, and cows bred to them. Problem done.
