Starter relay may be sticking or could be the key switch. Take start wire loose from starter solenoid terminal, connect a test light and go through the motions of cranking it. You may find your problem
Make sure it’s in park etc!
I’ve had starters that I think the drive was defective but I’ve also had a bad key switch keep one engaged as well
