Most likely low voltage. Check your ground and pos cables to the starter. I’m guessing it has a 3 or 4 post relay those things will stay in closed position if the voltage drops to low while the starter is turning. Had same problem once and the guy at stater shop told me to try another battery. I thought he was crazy but that was my problem. After two starters and a relay?
