I think if you look into all the lose weight quick schemes on the radio and TV the productr they are selling is not nearly as important as the timing of what you are eating. The later in the day you eat the more likely that food is going into storage in the body as fat rather than being used up. Eating three meals a day but with the biggest meal at noon rather than evening or late evening should help most folks lose some weight, along with some exercise. The key however is not eating in the evening, especially before bed. Drink water in the evening, not eat. In the interest of full disclosure however, this is weight advice from a guy who is pleased to be back down to 225 from 235-240. My 6-1 frame just wants to be in the 220 range, not the 195 like the charts say. fwiw, Jim at Dawn |
