E.C. MI | Pat- congratulations on your successful weight loss. Have you ever heard of Advocare? They have energy drinks/bars that aren't loaded with sugar and caffine...they are mostly vitamins/minerals, yet taste quite good. My wife and I have been using them and have been very pleased. I've lost about 30 pounds on their weight loss program and am often amazed at the energy level I'm getting back...kick myself for carrying that extra weight all that time. Now that I am down to a beter weight, I'm going to continue with their energy/snack products...I think they really make a difference.
