Sunflower State | Not too sure about the science of when you eat. A calorie is a calorie whenever you eat it. Portion control is key, eating clean is very important too. Reduce reduce fat salt sugar intake. The big three are in processed foods like boxed dinners and virtually anything eaten out, especially fast food. Just read a couple interesting books titled "Eat this Not That". Basically survival guides for eating out and purchasing food. Simple and short. I was surprised at the calorie count and grams of fat in foods I like eating.
I never had a weight problem but for age, cholesterol and PB were above normal. Time to change.
A simple formula: eat less move more eat clean. | |
