W. Kansas | Brent, it's pretty endless!! I've done just about everything on my Traeger that could be done on a grill or in the oven. My wife does alot of her casseroles on it, do the brown the burger thing on the stove make up casserole then toss it on the Traeger to bring it up to temp. I like taking a flat iron steak and putting it on the smoke setting for 1/2 an hour then turn it up to 350* until internal temp is 135*. We do ribs, pulled pork, brisket, meatloaf, corn on the cob. I've only let chicken grace my traeger once(I don't like chicken!!), but wife said it was great.
