Home made pizza's (especially breakfast) are great. The veggies and cheese take on a little bit of smoke flavor and really make it tasty. My wife likes the pellet fried chicken, the kid (and myself) like the pellet dogs. You can overcook the food, but you CANNOT burn it. I was getting tired of deli meet and cheese sandwiches during harvest so I did a brisket Sunday. Good stuff. I've had mine for a year and a half and love it. Just put the meat in and walk away.
Oh, btw; BACON. You haven't had bacon until you've had it on a pellet grill. | |
