Wild & Wonderfull WV | I am considering buying a new PU. I am planning on a 3/4 ton however it is used 95% transportation and less than 5% towing/hauling anything heavier than a tool box. I was wanting your opinions on going with the diesel or stick with gas and also what about E 85. I have had 7 Chevy's and doubt I will look further than GM products. Many of my friends have the Duramax diesel and like them well. But most are pulling a gooseneck or just needed to keep up with the neighbor who has one. The extra 7-9 grand to able to say I have a diesel and pay .30-.50 more / gal for fuel makes me wonder. Besides I will need the extra money for the fertilizer I have not yet booked.
