We have a Victor. They are good torches. However, I didn't buy ours just because it was a Victor but because Victor was the brand our welding supply house carried & therefore had parts on hand if needed. They can get parts for other torch sets but would the parts would have to be ordered. Don't know about you but I never had anything breakdown when I wasn't using it.

Well, I should take that last statement back, had a Massey 550 combine that broke down sitting in the shed. "~((. But you get my point. Buy what your supplier carries on hand.
