Ive used both the Victor and the Smith torches.... and either one has proved to be good quality. One thing is for sure.... when it comes to Oxy Acetylene torches, you only get what you pay for. Some of that Forney stuff out there probably isnt that bad.... but when it comes to dealing with anything that is highly flammable, id rather not take that chance.....
